QCM Building Tenant Improvements
Five years after Quest’s inception, the Team out grew our original facility. Initially located in a small office warehouse in North Phoenix, Quest purchased an existing 5,600 square foot shell at Deer Valley Commons located at 19th Avenue and West Parkside Lane. The Quest Team was excited to be a part of building our new office and began constructing tenant improvements in December of 2004.
Quest took a personal stake in the tenant improvements and provided extensive design services and input in order to customize the Class A office space and ensure the building reflected Quest’s business culture. Construction of this modern, semi-open ceiling interior space required great attention to detail and subcontractor coordination to achieve a May 2005 move in date. Actual improvements to the shell included concrete work, custom light gage metal framing and drywall, architectural aluminum beams, drywall, insulation, millwork, carpet, stained concrete and tile floors, windows, glass doors and walls, wood doors, acoustical ceilings, window coverings, signage, painting, extensive architectural lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security system, computer network and telephone system.
The QCM Building Tenant Improvements Project gave Quest an opportunity to illustrate our diversity as well as motivate Team participation. The completed project is a successful illustration of Quest’s attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, modern corporate ideas and unique business culture.
